What changes the estimate
- Number of production lines and shifts included in the walkthrough
- Travel beyond Greater Bangkok and overnight stays near the plant
- Volume and format of scrap, rework, and inspection records to review
- Whether Thai and English materials both need preparation
- Retainer hours for supervisor coaching beyond the monthly review
Deposits
On-site walkthroughs typically require a 40% deposit to reserve plant dates. Briefings and remote record reviews are invoiced on booking confirmation. Advisory retainers bill monthly in advance.
