Nodematrixbase Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name behind this practice. Established in 2016 in Bangkok, we work with plant supervisors who need clearer quality signals during real shifts.
Origin
Nodematrixbase began when former plant quality leads grew tired of assessments that never left the conference room. In 2016, the firm opened in Huai Khwang to offer on-site manufacturing quality analytics for supervisors who live with scrap bins, hold racks, and shift handoffs.
Early engagements focused on automotive and electronics suppliers around Greater Bangkok. The practice later expanded to packaging and fabrication plants that needed the same discipline: read the records, walk the stations, leave a shortlist the next shift can use.
How we work
We treat first-pass yield, scrap by station, and open holds as the vocabulary of the engagement. Supervisors stay in the conversation; quality offices receive findings they can defend to plant directors.
We do not sell software seats. When a plant already uses charts or logs, we help supervisors read them honestly. When records are thin, we say so before inventing a prettier picture.
